TV-Pucken Gold Medalist Joins QHA

Quantum Hockey Agency is excited to announce our newest addition to the agency, Defenseman Axel Bengtsson. The 18-year-old, 6’0″,  176 lbs Stockholm native grew up being a part of the Hässelby Kälvesta HC organization to later on move on to the Västerås IK junior organization. Today, Axel plays with the Västerås IK J20 in the Swedish J20 Nationell League. In 2019/20, Axel was selected as one of the Top 20 players in his region to represent Stockholm Nord in TV-Pucken, which was the team who won the Gold Medal in the TV-pucken Tournament.

Axel is a young defenseman with a great upside, his defensive game is solid and has great potential in the offensive end of the ice. He’s a great teammate and gives his all for his team. Player Agent Tobias Johansson shares his thoughts on his new client; “Axel is a smart defenseman who is strong in man-on-man play. Reliable defensive D with a good first pass and plays his game with great commitment on the ice. In the offensive game, there is great development potential. Good teammate with the right values that describe a team player.”
