Lindsey Post
PLAYER AGENT – WOMEN`S HOCKEY
Lindsey Post’s hockey story began in Chelsea, Quebec, her hometown where she learned to skate on the backyard rink at the age of 3. She played minor hockey as both a goalie and player, but always knew she was a goalie at heart. Post played five seasons with the University of Alberta Pandas, where she set program records for most wins and shutouts. In her final year, she led her team to the 2017 USports National Championship, earning MVP honours. Post graduated from the University of Alberta with a Bachelor of Arts in Recreation, Sport and Tourism.
After graduating from the U of A, Post was drafted 25 th overall by the Calgary Inferno in the 2017 CWHL (Canadian Women’s Hockey League) draft. Post and the Inferno went on to win the last ever Clarkson Cup in 2019, before the league folded due to financial reasons. When the CWHL collapsed, Post took her career overseas by signing with SDE in the SDHL (Swedish Women’s Hockey League). In her first season with the team, Post led SDE to their first playoff berth in program history. Post finished her inaugural season in the SDHL with the league’s best save percentage, earning her the SDHL Goaltender of the Year Award. After playing four seasons as a top goaltender in the SDHL, Post returned to North America to participate in the inaugural season of the PWHL (Professional Women’s Hockey League). She was invited to PWHL New York’s training camp, and was signed by the team on a one-year contract.
With her wealth of experience at all levels of the women’s game, it is now Post’s mission to guide players through the many avenues of professional hockey. After five years of University hockey and seven seasons as a pro, Post knows the ins and outs of team culture, best practices, and what it takes to make a name for yourself in the sport. She looks forward to supporting and advocating for players as she joins the Quantum Hockey Agency.
