Introducing Our Newest Team Member

I Want To Help As Many Players As I Can

We are excited to introduce the newest member to our team at Quantum Hockey Agency, the Family Advisor, Jackson Siemens. Jackson was born and raised in Kelowna, BC, Canada and has played hockey for as long as he can remember. He has had the opportunity to play junior hockey in B.C. in the PJHL and the KIJHL. After junior, Jackson went on to play at Briercrest College in the ACAC, where he won the team’s defenseman of the year award. Jackson then went on to play 3 years at the University of Alberta-Augustana in Camrose, AB, where he also graduated with a bachelor of arts in psychology degree. After university, Jackson had a short stint of pro hockey in Evansville Thunderbolts and Knoxville Ice Bears in the SPHL.

Help Players Reach Their Full Potential

During his time playing pro, Jackson started to work part-time as a family advisor with Quantum. After a few conversations with Joachim, he decided to go back to Kelowna and make it his full-time job. Jackson believes in the core values that Quantum Hockey Agency holds, which are focused on building character and having honesty and integrity with the players that they work with. Jackson is very passionate about hockey and wants to help players develop and reach their full potential as a person and as a player.
Jackson has also been able to work with many minor hockey and junior players in Kelowna and Camrose as a skills instructor as well as an off-ice strength and conditioning coach. While he is not playing hockey, Jackson loves to golf and spend time outside camping and fishing. Jackson is married, with a baby on the way!

We were able to ask Jackson a few questions about joining the agency and what his expectations are;

Please tell us why you chose to join QHA.

– I chose QHA because I believe they hold a high standard for how they are involved with players and their families.  It is important to me that we care about the player and their future first and we uphold what QHA was built upon: building character, honesty, and integrity.

What are your expectations going into this new role?

– My expectations going into this new role is that I will be fully involved with players and their families and doing whatever I can to help the player move on to the next level. I also expect to build relationships with the players I work with and their families to build trust amongst each other.

What are your plans for the future?

– My plans for the future are to be one of the most prominent and trustworthy advisors that players go to who are trying to get into high level junior, NCAA or USport, and then into pro. I also plan to be an advisor that also focuses on player development, on and off the ice.

Welcome to the QHA family Jackson, and we wish you the best of luck in your new role.
